Brief description:

The Artificial Grass Service Technician will work within their assigned territory to ensure timely repairs to customers following initial request entry.

They will follow an assigned schedule of repairs and interact directly with customers to collect all documentation necessary, after install and repair is completed.

Job duties:
(include but are not limited to the following)

Seam repair, Loose edges, Bender board repair and replacement, add or remove base to ensure level surface, Sprinkler repair, burnt turf replace and patch etc, repair or replace weed barrier, collect coc once repair is complete.
Pickup and Deliver Material as needed per direction of the Production Manager
Complete yard installation, Service/ warranty repairs
Communication between Production Manager and home owner
Maintaining company vehicle and trailer
Maintaining a polite, friendly, responsive demeanor with customers

Qualifications:

2+ years experience in installing synthetic turf, pavers, irrigation systems, plants, lighting, concrete, hardscape features, etc.
Strong customer service experience
Ability to work in a variety of outside conditions for long periods of time
Ability to move topsoil, stone, mulch, and other landscape materials weighing up to 100 pounds
Current driver's license/ Safe driving record
Pavers, wall, stepping stones, rocks
Trenching, digging, and preparing soil
Bender board
Irrigation installation (both spray and drip)
Spreading of rock/decomposed granite
Use of power tools including

- drills, blowers, power broom, compactor ect.
