The municipality administration of Immendingen is looking for a Head of Construction Yard / Water Master (m/f/d) in Bremen.

This is a full-time permanent position.

Your tasks:

  • Management of the municipal construction yard and supervision of eleven employees,
  • Coordination of personnel deployment including the creation of on-call and winter service schedules,
  • Processing of invoices for the construction yard area as well as the creation of cost reimbursements for the services of the construction yard,
  • Planning of vehicle, equipment and machinery usage as well as their procurement and maintenance,
  • Other tasks that may arise in the construction yard, including minor road and path maintenance, care of green areas, street lighting, building maintenance and winter service,
  • Coordination of cleaning companies and cleaning staff in consultation with the respective caretakers of municipal buildings,
  • Management of the waterworks,
  • Budget planning for the construction yard and maintenance measures.

We reserve the right to change the assignment of tasks if necessary.

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed vocational training in a trade or technical field, preferably as a master or technician. Knowledge in the areas of personnel management and occupational safety would be advantageous,
  • Proficiency in MS
