As the head of the registration office, you will handle difficult individual cases, optimize internal processes, and implement digital solutions.

With your commitment, you will play an important role in numerous registration processes and contribute to road safety in our district.

We are currently seeking a candidate for the position of:

Head of Registration Office for the Ordnungs- und Straßenverkehrsamt in Madisonville.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the registration offices in Schwäbisch Hall and Crailsheim, with a total of approximately 25 employees.
  • Handling difficult individual cases.
  • Ensuring timely, appropriate, and costeffective completion of tasks.
  • Optimizing processes in the registration office.
  • Implementing digital solutions.

We expect the following qualifications from you:

  • A degree in non-technical public administration (e.g. Bachelor of Arts
  • Public Management) or a related field.
  • Alternatively, a comparable qualification such as a completed training as a Verwaltungsfachwirt (Angestelltenprüfung II).
  • At least one year of experience in administration.
