- Meeting with the client to learn the client's goals and serve as the principal contact between the Firm and its clients.
- Communicate to ensure the client is kept updated on the progress of their matter.
- Setting case strategy and performing tasks needed to drive the case to milestones and timely resolution.
- Appearing on behalf of and advocating for clients during deposition, mediation, meetings, hearings, and trials in the Central Florida area.
- Approving and filing final court documents under signature.
- Helping to manage other team members to close out cases.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Florida Bar and in good standing.
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Conveys confidence in the courtroom.
- Shows empathy and compassion to clients and puts them at ease during their difficult times.
- Demonstrates exceptional communication skills and creativity in resolving cases. The ideal candidate will be able to take initiative on work that needs to be done and complete tasks with minimal handholding.
