- Stay abreast of relevant legal developments and industry trends to inform strategic decision-making.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Must be a member of the Florida Bar.
- 2 or more years of relevant experience in corporate law, preferably with a focus on capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions, or similar areas.
- Strong proficiency in legal research, writing, and analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Prior experience at a leading national law firm.

Position Description: Our client is seeking a Associate Attorney with 2 or more years of experience to join our esteemed Orlando Corporate Practice Group. In this role, you will collaborate closely with seasoned partners specializing in advising both publicly and privately held entities on capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, financing transactions, private placements, corporate matters.
