We are a quality-oriented butcher shop in Nuremberg with a total of four specialty stores. In our well-organized and modern production, we currently have a production manager, seven butcher journeymen, and one apprentice butcher.

Your tasks

You will be trained in all areas of our production:

  • Disassembly of pigs and cattle
  • Meat cutting and sorting
  • Production and filling of sausage products
  • Picking and delivery of orders to our specialty stores

Your profile

  • You are a journeyman butcher or master butcher - ideally with several years of professional experience
  • We expect quality awareness, reliability, and commitment
