  • Commitment to adhering to safety measures and ethical practices
  • Proficiency in English
  • Strong decision-making skills and keen attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication abilities combined with a compassionate demeanor
  • Calm, patient, and composed under pressure
  • Emotional and mental resilience with enduring stamina
  • Formal nursing education; additional certification as a hospice nurse is advantageous
  • Valid CPR certification
