To be a Mortgage Loan Officer at Serv Corp you must have an active California NMLS License with an active California DRE License. (Both Licenses are Required)

Mortgage Loan Officer and Real Estate Positions (Yes, you can do both)

NO JUNK FEES/DESK FEES for our Loan Officers and Real Estate Agents

We take a flat fee per loan transaction

E&O insurance is included

NEVER pay a processing fee out of your commission.
