We are currently seeking state-recognized integration educators for our childcare facilities "Kita Paradiesvögel" in Louisville, KS.

eventus-BILDUNG gGmbH is a non-profit organization that operates 13 childcare facilities, a vocational school for social pedagogy, an academy for further education, and a tutoring center.

In addition, eventus-BILDUNG is dedicated to supporting over 100 children with refugee experience through the Berlin model project "Early Education on Site" in their respective accommodations.

At eventus-BILDUNG, we work according to the guidelines of the Berlin Education Program and incorporate elements of the Maria Montessori pedagogy.

A special focus is placed on integrated language education in everyday life.

Your responsibilities will include:

Professional qualifications (state recognition as an educator and specialist for integration)
Special education teacher with additional qualifications
Special education teacher
Independent work based on the Berlin Education Program and the Kita concept
Professionally sound and critically reflected pedagogical work
Empathy, warmth, and professional interaction with children
Intercultural competencies, dedication, and joy
Openness, humor, teamwork, and flexibility
Constructive collaboration with parents in the spirit of a partnership in education
Willingness for further education and training
Further training as a specialist for integration according to §16 paragraph 4, number 3 (VO Kita FöG) or willingness to participate in
