Description

Assist the Maintenance Manager in supervising and providing leadership to the team as well as performing and/or helping to perform industrial maintenance duties.

Responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes that support the achievement of the site's business goals and objectives.

• Perform highly diversified duties to install and configure new equipment, as well as disassemble and replace old or defective parts and machines.
• Plan and manage the repair and maintenance of all equipment and buildings.
• Oversee the routine Preventative Maintenance Program on all equipment and update the documentation as required.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
• Interprets specifications, blueprints, and job orders to workers, and assigns duties.
• Analyze and resolve work related problems or assist employees in solving work related problems.
• Provide leadership, direction, and guidance to the Maintenance Team.

• Minimum of 3years of industrial maintenance
• Bilingual
• English & Spanish
• Midlevel computer skills
• Significant electrical knowledge of 480/220 three phase and 110 volts
• Experience handling manual and power tools
• Good communication skills with the ability to resolve issues as they arise
