Founded in 2009, Yummy Mummy is a national Durable Medical Equipment supplier of breast pumps and supplies, contracted with more than 100 insurance plans and located in Manhattan.

• Maintain a high level of professionalism and excellent phone etiquette while interacting with customers
• Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
• Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or to provide additional information
• Upsell products or services when appropriate to enhance the customer experience

• Previous experience in a customer service role
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Preferably bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Ability to effectively analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Familiarity with CRM software and other customer support tools is a plus
