    Owned and operated by Aspen Hospitality, The Little Nell is Aspen's exclusive Five-Star, Five-Diamond ski-in/ski-out hotel, offering luxurious services and unparalleled access to America's renowned mountain town. Recognized for its award-winning wine and culinary programs, and top-notch service, The Little Nell also houses various amenities such as two restaurants, three bars, a wine cellar, and a speakeasy. The property is home to The Nell Spa, providing guests with an exquisite experience. The hotel has received numerous accolades, including Forbes Five-Star Hotel and AAA Five-Diamond Hotel recognition for several years. In addition, The Nell will be expanding its reach beyond Aspen with a new hotel opening at Rockefeller Center in New York City by 2026.

    Summary
    The Breakfast/Pool Attendant role involves setting up, maintaining, clearing, and enhancing the daily breakfast experience, as well as assisting guests with pool facilities, ensuring cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

    Essential Job Functions

    • Set up breakfast daily before 7:00 am
    • Ensure F&B offerings are well-stocked during breakfast hours
    • Maintain cleanliness in the Owners Lounge and Breakfast area
    • Clear tables and sweep the lounge during breakfast service
    • Restock and clean breakfast area as needed
    • Assist guests at the Pool area, connecting them with In-Room Dining
    • Ensure cleanliness and order in the pool and hot tub area
    • Supervise children in the swimming pool area
    • Report any pool or hot tub related issues to the Engineering team

    Qualifications

    • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
    • Excellent communication skills
    • High emotional intelligence
    • Proficient in English, knowledge of Spanish is a plus
    • Life Guard/First Aid/CPR certification preferred

    Work Environment and Physical Demands

    • Ability to stand, walk, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs.
    • Work in wet, hot, and humid conditions
    • Be able to walk on slippery and uneven surfaces
