Your Responsibilities:

Organizational support for interdisciplinary patient treatment in the Pediatric Neurology Outpatient Clinic and the Social Pediatric Center
Patient registration and interdisciplinary appointment coordination, phone calls
Preparation of doctor-patient contact
Assisting with treatments and examinations, preparing instruments, equipment, and apparatus for treatment
Writing doctor's letters
Managing files and test results, issuing prescriptions, etc.

Remarks:

Intended classification according to qualifications and personal requirements in accordance with TV-L
The position is initially limited to 1 year (with the possibility of extension)
This is a full-time position, but part-time employment is possible upon agreement
The start date is January 1, 2024 or the earliest possible date

Your Profile:

Completed training as a Medical Assistant (m/f/d)
Previous experience with children and adolescents with chronic illnesses and their families is desired
Teamwork skills
