Your responsibilities:
independent creation of preliminary, approval, and execution plans for residential and special buildings according to HOAI phases 0-5 submission of building inquiries and applications communication with authorities and specialist planners project management of new construction, renovation, and special construction measures with external project participants review and compliance with laws, standards, and guidelines within the planning process creation of feasibility studies What we are looking for: successfully completed degree in architecture (master's or diploma) extensive experience in a similar position membership in the Architects' Association good knowledge of (subsidized) housing construction is an advantage sound knowledge of current standards and relevant guidelines responsible, independent, and systematic way of working solution-oriented approach with secure knowledge of details flexibility, willingness to perform, and good teamwork skills proficient knowledge of B
