Job Summary:

Duties:

• Perform bookkeeping duties such as data entry, recording transactions, and reconciling accounts
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Conduct payroll processing and ensure accurate deductions
• Prepare financial reports including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
• Utilize accounting software like Sage for financial data management
• Conduct balance sheet reconciliations
• Execute doubleentry bookkeeping to maintain accurate financial records
• Collaborate with the team on various financial projects

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
• Proficiency in accounting principles and practices
• Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance
• Familiarity with financial report writing
• Ability to handle sensitive financial information confidentially
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Nice-to-have Skills:

• Experience with payroll processing
• Previous work with accounts receivable management
• Understanding of clerical duties related to bookkeeping

Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
