YOUR FOCUS (JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES): Retail Sales Consultants are tasked with selling a wide range of telecommunications products and services to customers in a professional and friendly manner.
You will juggle multiple tasks, demonstrate basic math abilities, have the flexibility to work retail hours, exhibit strong sales and analytical skills. Additionally, you are a motivated individual willing to take on extra responsibilities when necessary.
As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will also:
- Achieve personal sales targets set by the Store Manager and monthly commission plan
- Represent the store positively, ensuring excellent customer service
- Learn about all Victra/Verizon products and promotions diligently, staying up-to-date with program knowledge
- Encourage customers to make purchases
- Process sales contracts and handle customer payments
- Address customer inquiries and concerns
- Provide product and service advice to customers
- Guide customers on product utilization and care
- Manage sales records for inventory control
- Assist in merchandise display and maintain store presentation
- Manage returns professionally and courteously
- Adhere to all Victra policies, procedures, loss prevention, and inventory control standards
PAY RATE: HOURLY + COMMISSION

YOUR BACKGROUND (Requirements)
Along with excellent communication skills and the ability to interpret reports, we seek Sales Consultants with:
- High School diploma, AA preferred
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience preferred

- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds
- Ability to sit for extended periods
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
- Up to 10%
