We are currently seeking a Deputy Team Leader for the County Treasury (m/f/d) to fill a temporary position in the Finance, Real Estate, and Schools department due to illness.

Your tasks - diverse and responsible: Deputy Team Leader for the County Treasury Implementation of e-workflows and e-invoicing, and management of the Online Access Act in the County Treasury department Participation in projects for the organizational development of the County Treasury Collection of public law claims Assistance in enforcement (debt management)

Assistance in the annual financial statements and service instructions Participation in electronic accounting (e-banking) for the county and foundations, preparation of daily closings in the traditional accounting system Your profile - qualified and motivated:
You have completed training as a public administration clerk (VFA-K) (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification. You are characterized by a conscientious and independent work style, above-average commitment, and strong communication and teamwork skills. You are dedicated, motivated, and willing to take on additional tasks. You have good computer skills and are proficient in using common office applications.
