- Perform all aspects of HVAC service, maintenance, and repairs, adhering to industry standards and company guidelines.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance, efficiency, and longevity.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues, identifying the root cause of problems and implementing effective solutions.
- Replace and install HVAC equipment, including compressors, motors, condensers, evaporators, and other components, as needed.
- Test and adjust HVAC system controls, including thermostats, dampers, and valves, to ensure proper operation and comfort.
- Interpret and follow technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics to accurately perform service, repair, and installation tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of all service, maintenance, and repair activities, including documenting parts used, work performed, and recommendations for future actions.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries, explaining service procedures, and offering recommendations for system upgrades or improvements.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working with HVAC systems, including handling refrigerants and electrical components.
- Stay updated with industry trends, advancements, and best practices through continuous learning and professional development opportunities.
- Collaborate with team members, including other technicians and support staff, to ensure efficient workflow, timely completion of tasks, and exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools, equipment, and service vehicles are properly maintained and in good working condition.

- Prior experience or knowledge in sheet metal work would be beneficial in performing the responsibilities of the role
- Maintain a good driving record and pass a CORI check
- Ideally, candidates should have 3-5 years of relevant experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair work. The desired experience level reflects proficiency in handling various HVAC-related tasks
