- Developed and executed innovative marketing strategies to attract new users to the Wynn Slots mobile app, including paid media, website, SEO, on-property signage, and new user promotions.
- Implement retention promotions and strategies via email, SMS, and push notifications to maintain and engage our existing user base.
- Collaborate with gaming operations to align digital initiatives with overall business goals and objectives.
- Work with on-property Casino team members to develop new high-value user incentives (i.e., high-value users have access to Casino or Private Access hosts/membership).
- Work with internal marketing teams to coordinate and execute digital and on-property marketing campaigns.
- Analyze market trends and user feedback to improve our marketing efforts continuously.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Ensure all marketing activities align with brand guidelines and company values.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in product marketing, preferably in the gaming or hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools, including ad networks, CDPs, and analytic and tracking tools.
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically own goals and outcomes.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
- Experience in mobile app marketing is a plus.
