WHO WE ARE: Open Door Community Health Centers was established in 1971. For nearly 50 years, we have met our populations healthcare needs, and are the medical home to over 60% of the community. Requirements
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
APC supervision when requested
