    Join Northern California's largest provider of primary medical, dental, and behavioral health care. We have 12 community health centers and three mobile clinics serving more than 65,000 patients each year. We have new state-of-the-art health centers with another facility underway.

    For nearly 50 years, we have met our populations healthcare needs, and are the medical home to over 60% of the community.

    We are a private, non- profit FQHC with stable and innovative management, and we strive to offer comprehensive care and outstanding service.

    We take an integrated approach to health care, focusing on prevention, self-management, and health maintenance by engaging each patient as a key member of the care team.
