Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory guidelines
  • Supervise nursing staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to create individualized care plans for patients
  • Review and analyze documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards
  • Utilize anatomy knowledge to assess patient conditions and provide guidance on treatment plans
  • Oversee nursing administration, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate care between acute care facilities, home health agencies, and assisted living communities
  • Provide leadership in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment
