Responsibilities

Reviewing customer, supplier, and service provider contracts
Preparing critical contract points for the project manager and management
Collaborating and coordinating critical contract points with external lawyers
Internally clarifying critical contract points as a liaison between the project manager and management
Assisting in the development of strategic issues in the field of contract management
Representing the company in personnel matters
Other office tasks as needed

Requirements

Completed degree in law (state examination, Bachelor's or Master's degree) or equivalent
Preferred specialization in contract management
Excellent written English skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)
Structured, independent, and proactive work style
