Job description:

As a recognized welfare organization working in all areas of social work, we intend to fill the position of a
nursing specialist (m/f/d) for our senior home in Rudolstadt.

How you contribute:

• Providing professional care in accordance with internal standards and guidelines
• Responsibility for implementation and evaluation of the care process
• Performing treatmentrelated tasks according to medical orders
• Managing and evaluating care documentation
• Instructing nursing assistants, trainees, volunteers, and interns
• Conducting care visits
• Participating in staff meetings, case discussions, training and further education
