We are looking for a dedicated and experienced individual for the position of Operations Manager at our locations in Ettlingen and Karlsruhe.

The Position:

  • Ensuring smooth operations in the restaurant and adherence to standards
  • Selection, hiring, planning, and motivation of the entire team
  • Staff scheduling and promotion of a positive team culture
  • Cost control and efficiency improvement to achieve financial goals
  • Liaison between management, guests, and employees
  • Organization and execution of events, promotions, and activities
  • Monitoring the high quality of food, drinks, and service.

Your Profile:

  • Completed education or degree in hospitality or hotel management
  • Several years of proven experience in a leadership position, ideally with knowledge of brewery gastronomy
  • Leadership skills, organizational talent, and business knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills and team player qualities
  • Passion for gastr
