We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Residential Childcare Worker to join our team in providing care and support to adolescent girls in a residential setting.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment where the girls can thrive emotionally, socially, and academically.

• Provide direct care and supervision to adolescent girls residing in the facility.
• Establish positive and supportive relationships with the girls, acting as a role model and mentor.
• Implement and oversee daily routines and activities, including meals, chores, and recreational outings.
• Foster a therapeutic environment conducive to emotional healing and personal growth.
• Collaborate with case managers, therapists, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of resident behavior, progress, and any incidents.
• Monitor and ensure the safety and security of the residential facility at all times.
• Respond effectively to crisis situations, using appropriate de-escalation techniques and following established protocols.
• Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities.
• Adhere to all regulatory standards and agency policies and procedures.

• High School Diploma/GED
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to learn and be trained in understanding of child development, traumainformed care, and adolescent behavior management techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
