- Implements preventive medical interventions in collaboration with patients and healthcare specialists
- Evaluates behavioral health assessments and makes referral to behavioral health professionals
- Witnesses urine toxicology screenings and performs oral drug testing
- Maintains productivity
- Participates in and effectively collaborates with our multidisciplinary teams of professionals to promote the best quality care
- Participates as a valuable team member in meetings and consultations with other members of the team

- Current license as a Family Nurse Practitioner in Colorado
- Graduate degree in nursing from an accredited academic institution
- Two years of experience as FNP
- Current Colorado driver's license

- Track record of working successfully as a part of a multidisciplinary team

We're expanding and hiring a Full-Time Family Nurse Practitioner to work at our various locations.What You'll Be Doing
As an FNP with the new Dorothy Perry Hall, you would be providing strength-focused, evidence-based and culturally sensitive treatment.
Creating and sustaining positive, compassionate interactions with patients and providing high quality care will be central to the work you do.
You would conduct assessments, manage cases, and provide supportive therapy with utmost kindness and care. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be important to your responsibilities related to evaluating and managing medications.Furthermore, you'd have the distinct opportunity to work closely with a multidisciplinary team of Health Solutions professionals to serve our community.
