IT Specialists for System Integration (m/f/d)

in Hannover:


JOB PROFILE - ID 2635

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Installation and configuration of end devices, as well as personalization
  • Performing IT support tasks (including maintenance and repairs) based on service request tickets
  • Transport and provision of end devices from the warehouse to the end customer's workplace
  • Status maintenance and documentation in leading ticket and asset systems
  • Instruction of end users

REQUIREMENTS

  • Completed training as an IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d), IT service technician (m/f/d), IT system technician (m/f/d), etc. or a comparable qualification
  • Experience in support and installation of notebooks, desktop and mobile devices, and operating systems MS Windows (Win7 and Win10)
  • Knowledge in the office area (installation and basic setup)
  • Experience in independent installation, repair, and upgrading of hardware and software
  • Good knowledge of German and ideally English
  • Driver's license (Class B)
