WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

  • Support and advice for our business units and subsidiaries in Germany and abroad (Central and Eastern Europe) in the field of information and communication technology in all legal matters, primarily IT law, procurement law, and general contract law
  • Legal support for national and international projects, tenders, contract negotiations, and legal disputes in the mentioned areas
  • Support for M&A projects, including due diligence
  • Implementation of regulatory requirements in the field of information and communication technology (e.g. critical infrastructure)


WHAT YOU BRING

  • Completed degree in law with two convincing state examinations
  • Ideally, a specialization in IT law and relevant professional experience, preferably in the legal department of a company or a law firm focused on business law
  • Ideally, experience or studies in Central or Eastern Europe and/or corresponding language skills
  • Understanding of economic contexts and interest in the ICT industry
  • Fluent German and proficient English
