Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct all incoming phone calls
- Receive and sort all mail and deliveries (FedEx, UPS, USPS); prepare packages for pickup
- Maintain contact lists
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Provide general support to customers/clients
- Provide information by answering questions and requests
- Handle multiple projects
- Prepare and monitor product invoices
- Oversee operation of office equipment and maintenance requirements and calling for repairs
- Filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Resolve administrative problems
- Receive, sort and distribute the mail
- Answer telephone calls and pass them on
- Manage staff appointments
- Greet and assist visitors to the office
- Photocopy and print out documents on behalf of management

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as Administrative or Executive Assistant
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
Pay:
From $40,000.00 per year
