About the Position:

Join the team at Johnson Memorial Hospital where the Med/Surg Unit focuses on providing top-notch care to adult patients pre and post-surgery. Collaborate with colleagues to develop healthcare plans, administer medications, and educate patients on their procedures. Our values of professionalism, punctuality, teamwork, and empathy are at the heart of our patient-centered approach, making a positive impact on the lives of our patients and their families.

Responsibilities:

As a key team member, you will play a vital role in creating and managing nursing care plans, as well as assessing the current and future medical needs of our patients.

Requirements:

Education: Graduate from an accredited nursing program. Preference for BSN graduates.
Licensure: Must hold a valid RN license in Connecticut.
Certification: BLS (AHA/ARC) certification required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience: Ideally experienced in acute care, Medical-Surgical, or Cardiac Telemetry.

Work Schedule: Per Diem with Rotating Shifts
