The ideal candidate for the remoteBusiness Analyst
will have the skills and experience necessary to:
Review, analyze,and evaluatebusiness processes, procedures and user needs.
Providedata analysis to support, compile, and report key information for operations and business objectives.
Drive processes and improvement initiatives by gathering and documenting business requirements.
Performand participatein the analysis, design, and implementation of business processes and procedures following appropriate standards.
Analyzeand interpretdata to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for the business and clients.
Communicate analysis and interpretation to appropriate audience.
Produce, publish,and distributeoperational reports relating to the development and performance of products and processes.
Conducttests or test planning sessions, provideinput for feasibility, and prepareuser documentation and follow-up evaluation.
Actas a liaison with various departments, management, and staff to resolve problems and improve processes and procedures.
Perform other duties as needed.
Qualifications
Requires a Bachelor's business, finance or a related field and some experience in business process analysis, gathering and documenting business requirements or other directly related experience.
Experience in analysis of business process and workflow and/or process improvement recommendations.Some experience with project methodology.
A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.
Basic knowledge of business processes analysis, business workflow, and process improvement recommendations.
Basic knowledge of project techniques and practices.
Knowledge of department specific processes, computer or systems applications or other knowledge skills or abilities may apply.
Ability to solve problems including multiple priorities and research conflicting and/or inaccurate data.
Good analysis and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to work with both management and staff employees.
Must be able to meet deadlines.
