    We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join Zions Bancorporation.The Business Systems Analyst plays a key role in supporting multiple Treasury digital banking applications. You will work with other analysts around current production operations as well as test analysts and delivery team members for product enhancements. In this exciting space, we are modernizing our technology including transitioning to containers and exploring cloud opportunities.

    The Business Systems Analyst will:

  • Document, support, and troubleshoot various application APIs
  • Troubleshoot websites, applications, firewall issues, server issues, transmission issues, and user access issues.
  • Facilitate new or enhanced change management requests and post change validations.
  • Application and infrastructure monitoring, coordinates with enterprise management and business unit on assigning and updating alerts.
  • Configure installed software, perform fine tuning and application documentation.
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Qualifications:

  • Extensive knowledge of business systems and applications, incident and change management, project and systems management.
  • Requires strong analytical, organizational, trouble shooting and problem solution skills.
  • Ability to elicit, gather and analysis data.
  • Strong presentation and technical and non-technical communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Bachelor's in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration or other related field and 2+ years experience in business analysis, processes, procedures, project management, multiple technologies, frameworks, etc or other directly related experience.A combination of education and experience may meet requirements
  • Location:

    This position has a hybrid work from home schedule with a minimum of three days per week in the office at the new Zions Technology Center in Midvale, UT.
