- Document, support, and troubleshoot various application APIs
- Troubleshoot websites, applications, firewall issues, server issues, transmission issues, and user access issues.
- Facilitate new or enhanced change management requests and post change validations.
- Application and infrastructure monitoring, coordinates with enterprise management and business unit on assigning and updating alerts.
- Configure installed software, perform fine tuning and application documentation.
- Other duties as assigned
- Extensive knowledge of business systems and applications, incident and change management, project and systems management.
- Requires strong analytical, organizational, trouble shooting and problem solution skills.
- Ability to elicit, gather and analysis data.
- Strong presentation and technical and non-technical communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Bachelor's in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration or other related field and 2+ years experience in business analysis, processes, procedures, project management, multiple technologies, frameworks, etc or other directly related experience.A combination of education and experience may meet requirements
