Your tasks


In this role, you will take on special projects in the shop floor environment that contribute to the development of our production site in Pfreimd and support the plant management in daily operations.

Tasks

  • Development and implementation of lean management strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Support of plant management in strategic planning and implementation of production goals, special projects, and daily operations
  • Analysis of work processes and process chains to identify potential for optimization and implementation of standards for continuous improvement processes (CIP)
  • Preparation of reports and presentations to demonstrate progress and results of lean initiatives
  • Accompaniment and consultation of teams in implementing lean methods in daily operations
  • Development of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process efficiency and initiation of measures to increase performance

Your qualifications

  • Technical degree (e.g. mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or similar) and first professional experience in a production environment with project responsibility
  • You break traditional thought patterns and bring fresh ideas to established processes
  • You know that every challenge is an opportunity for innovation and use it purposefully
  • You quickly analyze complex situations and communicate solutions clearly, precisely and understandably, so that everyone can follow (in German & English
