    Job Title: Radiology Scheduler

    Job Type: Full-time

    Location: Pensacola Open MRI & Imaging

    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Radiology Scheduler to join our team. The Radiology Scheduler will be responsible for scheduling appointments for patients, coordinating with medical staff, and ensuring that all necessary information is accurately recorded in our system.

    Responsibilities:

    Schedule appointments for patients in a timely and efficient manner

    Coordinate with medical staff to ensure that all necessary information is available for each appointment

    Accurately record patient information in our system

    Communicate with patients to confirm appointments and provide necessary information

    Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and courteous manner

    Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations

    Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

    Requirements:

    Requirements:

    High school diploma or equivalent

    Previous experience in a medical office or scheduling role required

    Excellent organizational and time management skills

    Strong attention to detail and accuracy

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Proficient in Google Suite and other computer programs

    Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures preferred
