• Plan, perform, analyze, and document laboratory experiments in support of antibody development using Single B cell method
• Single B cell cDNA preparation
• Antibody cloning, production and purification
• Cell line establishment from single cells
• Immunoassay development

• BS/MS with a minimum of 2 years of laboratory experience or PhD in biology, biochemistry, molecular biology, cell biology, immunology, or closely related fields
• Experience in antibody development required
• Experience in cell line development from single cells required
• Ability to maintain timely, detailed and accurate records of lab activities
• Experiences in immunoassays such like lateral flow, electrochemical immunoassays strongly preferred
• Knowledge and handsonexperience with protein purification preferred
• Experiences in flow cytometry and cell sorting preferred
