We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Architect to join our team.

As a Project Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of architectural projects from start to finish.

You will collaborate with clients, engineers, and other professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects.


Duties:

• Develop architectural designs and plans in accordance with client requirements and industry standards
• Create detailed drawings, models, and renderings using CAD software and other design tools
• Conduct site visits and assessments to gather information for design development
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project specifications are met
• Review and approve construction documents, including blueprints, specifications, and material samples
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or challenges that arise during construction
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and interns

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Architect
• Proficiency in software such as Sketchup, AutoCAD, Rhinoceros 3D, Bluebeam, and Grasshopper
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
• Excellent design skills with a focus on aesthetics and functionality
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members
• Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in interior design is a plus
• Strong negotiation skills for contract agreements
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices
• Experience with 3D modeling software (Sketchup, Revit, Lumion) for visualizing designs
• Familiarity with budgeting processes and cost estimation for architectural projects
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for creating visual presentations

Pay:
$60, $120,000.00 per year
