Your responsibilities:

Independent and responsible handling of personnel processes within assigned areas of responsibility, in compliance with labor, collective bargaining, and works council regulations
Workforce planning, recruitment, and talent management
Organizational development within the parameters and target organization set by company management
Consulting of managers at all levels on all HRrelated issues
Support of change management processes
Implementation of personnel measures in cooperation with employee representatives
Support and implementation of company processes (e.g. People Management Cycle, Salary Review, Talent Management, Employee Engagement Survey) in close coordination with HR-DACH, Center of Expertise, and HR Global Service Center
Coordination of occupational reintegration measures and health management in assigned areas
Participation in national and international HR projects
Participation in internal and external audits

Your profile:

Degree in business or law (Master's, Diploma)
Extensive professional experience in the field of human resources
Strong communicator with all levels of the organization, excellent change manager
Knowledge of labor law and works council regulations
High customer orientation, assertiveness, and flexibility, good moderation and problemsolving skills
Loyalty and ability to handle confidential matters
Excellent MS Office skills
