We are currently seeking care professionals (m/f/d) for our facilities in the Rottenburg am Neckar region in New Florence.
Requirements:
- Completed vocational training in elderly care or similar
- Independent and responsible work ethic
- High social competence and sense of responsibility
- Enjoyment of working with elderly and dependent individuals
- Flexibility, communication and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in IT applications
Responsibilities:
- Independent and individual care and activation of our residents
- Communication with family members, therapists and doctors
- Accurate and timely documentation using IT systems
