Requirements:
- You have a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction
- For 1st level support, we welcome ITsavvy career changers
- For 2nd level support, you should have experience in technical support
- You have a quick grasp and enjoy analytical and conceptual thinking
- Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- You always have an open ear for our customers in case of hardware and software malfunctions and provide them with advice and assistance
- 1st and 2nd level support work closely together to find suitable solutions for our customers
- Conduct remote maintenance of hardware and software to detect potential malfunctions early and take appropriate preventive measures
- Create deployment protocols
- Update local card terminals
- Contribute to the optimization of our processes by using checklists and procedures to find solutions
