Description
The Valvano Insurance Agency is a 4th generation family owned insurance agency. We have been providing quality insurance products for more than 80 years. We are seeking a Customer Service Assistant to work in our Holmdel office.Duties include but are not limited to:
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer records.
- Assist with billing and collection activities
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues effectively
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong customer service skills. Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Ability to follow directions provided by Service and Management teams.
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills.
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and professional communication
- Fluent in English; bilingual skills (Spanish) is a plus
