Description
The Valvano Insurance Agency is a 4th generation family owned insurance agency. We have been providing quality insurance products for more than 80 years. We are seeking a Customer Service Assistant to work in our Holmdel office.


Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Assist with billing and collection activities
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues effectively
  • Make outbound calls to follow up with customers

Requirements:


  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong customer service skills. Ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Ability to follow directions provided by Service and Management teams.
  • Proficient in data entry and computer skills.
  • Familiarity with phone etiquette and professional communication
  • Fluent in English; bilingual skills (Spanish) is a plus
