United Health Services is seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our Wilson Sq Cardiology 02 department at UHS Wilson Square in Johnson City, NY.

This position is benefits eligible.

$ $21.49 per hour, depending on experience.

Overview

A medical receptionist is the customer service liaison to each of our practices. The medical receptionist greets each patient with courtesy and respect using exceptional communication skills.

The purpose of this position is to provide our patients with a seamless experience while following all UHS Policies regarding registration, scheduling, insurance verification and billing.


Qualifications:

Education/Experience


Minimum Required:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred:

  • Previous medical, administrative and customer service experience
  • Proficient PC skills
  • Knowledge of Medical Terminology
