Professionals in Integration Assistance (m/f/d) - Supported Living

A self-determined life has many facets. The Fürst Donnersmarck Foundation has been committed to people with disabilities for over 100 years. We see ourselves as partners in the process towards more inclusion and self-determination. With around 600 employees, we realize our foundation's purpose with a lot of dedication in Berlin and beyond.

Our Supported Living offers various support and housing options for people with acquired disabilities (e.g. after head injuries or stroke) in numerous districts of Berlin.

To strengthen our pedagogical team, we are looking for

Professionals in Integration Assistance (m/f/d)

*state-recognized social care workers, educators, special education teachers, social workers, social pedagogues (m/f/d)*, who are passionate about working with people with disabilities

in part-time/full-time hours per week)

Hours can be individually negotiated -

Your tasks

  • Depending on your preference, you have the opportunity to work in Supported Individual Living, one of our shared apartments, or our Intensive Support Living
  • Your main tasks include goal-oriented participation assistance for clients in the community
