For our client, a leading company in its industry worldwide with approximately 1200 employees, we are looking for an Accounting Specialist (m/w/d) in St.

Francis, WI.

Responsibilities:

Recording and posting of business transactions with a focus on accounts receivable accounting
Reconciliation and exchange of information with sales teams
Monitoring of open items and implementation of dunning procedures
Maintenance, reconciliation and clarification of accounts
Participation in the preparation of monthly reports and annual financial statements
Participation in internal projects (digitalization, conversion to SAP S/4 HANA)
Temporary representation in accounts payable accounting, including management and execution of payment transactions
Possibility to take on the role of SAP key user

Qualifications:

Successfully completed commercial training and/or a degree in accounting
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in finance and accounting in an international environment
Excellent knowledge of SAP R/3 FI (SD, PS and MM desirable) and proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
Good written and spoken English skills
Enjoyment of project work and improving internal processes
Proactive, independent work style and team player attitude
