Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and organized Host to join our team at Brasserie du Parc.

The Host will play a key role in welcoming guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet guests as they arrive and express gratitude as they depart, ensuring a hospitable and welcoming atmosphere.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently, maximizing restaurant capacity while accommodating guest preferences.
• Assist in maintaining a tidy and inviting environment in the dining area, including organizing waiting areas and ensuring cleanliness.
• Communicate effectively with guests to understand their needs and provide assistance, including answering inquiries and offering recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with servers and kitchen staff to coordinate seating and ensure smooth service flow.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fastpaced environment, maintaining composure under pressure.
• Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of guest services principles and practices.
