Description

Our client, a major Business Management firm, represents clients in the entertainment industry for accounting and tax services.The culture offers a laid-back atmosphere, and the team has a "work hard, have fun" motto.

Primary Responsibilities:

Accounts payable for multiple entities
Preparing deposits and managing accounts receivable
Maintaining general ledgers for multiple clients
Calculating monthly commissions
Managing payroll through a 3rd party
Preparing 1099 forms

Successful candidates will have the following:

An accounting degree and 1+ years of accounting experience
Attention to detail and a demonstration of excellent customer service

the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
licensure and certification requirements;
