    Description


    The HT Group has partnered with a growing, PE-backed fitness entity in the Brentwood area in the search for a qualified Staff Accountant for an immediate need.

    Our client is looking for a self-starter with experience managing transactional (AP/AR) and operational (assisting in month-end close) accounting facets preferably in multiple-entity/location settings.

    This role will be remote for the first 3-4 months as they continue their HQ buildout before moving to a mostly in-office hybrid schedule (4 days in-office/1 remote).

    Direct Hire $65-75K/solid benefits Remote/Hybrid Brentwood/Williamson County location


    What you will do:

    • Manage daytoday accounting tasks including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries.
    • Assist with financial statements, budgeting, and monthend close processes.
    • Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate records.
    • Collaborate with teams to streamline accounting procedures and ensure compliance.
    • Utilize QuickBooks Online for efficient financial management.
    • Perform other accounting duties and support other team members as required or assigned.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
    • Minimum of 13 years of corporate accounting experience required
    • Previous experience managing AP and AR processes ideal.
    • QuickBooks, NetSuite, or Intacct ERP experience ideal.
    • Intermediatetoadvanced proficiency in MS Excel required.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
    • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
    • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
