As part of our team, you will be responsible for the following tasks: Help us solve technical problems, provide technical advice, and support the management and implementation of IT projects.

You will set up computers for new colleagues and customize them to their individual needs and roles.

You will also be in close communication with our suppliers when purchasing hardware, such as laptops and smartphones, and you will also be responsible for inventory management and returns.

You will manage, maintain, and set up the smartphones of our colleagues with their corresponding contracts.

Assist with the regular maintenance of equipment at our four locations in Wiesbaden, as well as with the development and planning of new ideas.

During 1-to-1 security audits, security checks, or training sessions, you will take the time to support our colleagues.
