- Lead team of four demand planners responsible for improving forecast accuracy at the account level
- Responsible for North American Demand SIOP Program, including hosting monthly meetings with Executive Leadership, and ensuring team members are adhering to the monthly process
- Develop demand segmentation process and recommend forecasting and fulfillment strategies based on findings
- Develop and maintain close relationship with sales teams to drive improved engagement and communication between groups to improve long-term forecast accuracy
- Develop advanced KPIs and Dashboards to monitor, analyze, and improve forecast accuracy
- Develop associates through hiring, coaching, mentoring, performance management, and succession planning

- 5-7 years' experience in Supply Chain and/or Demand Planning
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Supply Chain or related field
- Prior experience leading monthly SIOP process a must
- Experience working with advanced forecasting tools and techniques required
- Experience working with large datasets preferred
- Proficient in Tableau, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Access
- Knowledge of ToolsGroup Demand Planning software a plus
- Customer oriented with a strong sense of urgency
- Ability to collaborate at all levels of the organization and across all functional areas
- Comfortable communicating and presenting to Executive Leadership
- Decision maker, ability to lead and communicate cross functionally throughout all levels of the organization
