Job Description

  • Reviewing inquiries and tenders for technical feasibility of customer projects
  • Clarifying and optimizing costs and prices after order receipt and participating in continuous improvement projects
  • Developing system solutions in the UPS sector
  • Verifying and adapting the technical configuration of the project/product
  • Evaluating project risks
  • Coordinating and representing ongoing projects to customers, suppliers, and internal departments
  • Creating specifications for suppliers and technical project documentation
  • Planning, conducting, and documenting customer acceptance tests (FAT)
  • Supporting acquisition and sales staff with technical solutions, cost clarification, and delivery time determination

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or technical education in electrical engineering or a related field
  • Experience in technical project planning, preferably in the UPS or related systems sector
  • Knowledge of SAP and experience in creating and evaluating proposals
  • Good understanding of electrical engineering and manufacturing technology
  • Ability to evaluate project risks and conduct customer acceptance tests
  • Teamwork and strong communication skills to collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders
